Act for Gaza

Dear Friends and Family,
I write you today for with an URGENT ask for Palestine. Please contact our local state senators and ask them to support Senate Joint Memorial Bill (SJB) 8014. This email only takes one minute and needs to be done by tomorrow (2/17) to help advance the bill to the Senate floor.
A little background:
AyÅŸenur Ezgi Eygi is a young Washingtonian and student at the University of Washington. She was murdered by the Israeli Occupation Forces in September, 2024. Aysenur was shot by an Israeli sniper while peacefully sitting under an olive tree in Palestine. Aysenur was in Palestine helping Palestinian farmers harvest their olives, when she was shot from over 600 feet away. SJB 8014 is demanding an independent investigation into Aysenur's murder.
I recently traveled to Olympia and spoke with our Legislators, Brian Burnett and Mike Steele, to ask that they support this bill. Can you please take one minute and contact your legislator to do the same?
Thank you,
Abde
Wenatchee Pride Fest 2026 Needs Your Help
Dear Wenatchee Pride Supporter,

As members of the Wenatchee Pride Board—and as people who live and work in this community—we’ve seen how much Pride Fest matters in the Wenatchee Valley. It’s more than a single day on the calendar. It’s a visible, family-friendly space where 2SLGBTQIA+ community members and allies can gather, feel safe, and celebrate belonging right here at home.

We are planning to hold Wenatchee Pride Fest 2026 on June 20, 2026, and we’re reaching out early because we need to be transparent: without community support this year, we may not be able to move forward with the event. Costs have risen, and we need to secure funding early enough to plan responsibly and deliver a safe, well-run festival.

Pride Fest includes music, food and drink, speakers, activities for all ages, and a vibrant marketplace of local vendors and community partners. It’s a day where people can show up as they are—and feel like they belong—right here in Wenatchee.
How you can help:
-
One-time donation: No matter the size, every gift helps. Scan the QR code below or click here to support this year’s activities.
-
Share this message: A quick share goes a long way—please pass this along to friends, family, or anyone who believes Pride belongs in Wenatchee.

Thank you for helping sustain a welcoming community here in Wenatchee—we’re beyond grateful for your support.

With gratitude,
Wenatchee Pride Board
